General Terms:
By placing your order, you agree to the terms mentioned in our customisation policy:
1. The processing time for any customised orders is 5-7 working days. In case of any delay beyond this, the customer will be informed via email.
2. Personalisation is limited to 20 characters per product and must not contain any abusive/illegal/obscene/hurtful words or messages.
3. Personalisation can be done in any language / script. Incase we face issues printing your script, our team will get in touch with you. Kaagazi reserves the rights to choose the size, fonts, colour, placement of the personalised messages or images.
4. Orders once placed cannot be revoked. Any changes in text/spelling/grammar will not be entertained if the order is already processed.
5. This policy is limited to personalised retail products & small business customisation only. For bulk orders or corporate enquiries, please visit our Custom FAQ.
6. Kaagazi allows You to upload and post Content to our Website. Anything that You put on the Products remains Your Content. You retain all rights and are only using Kaagazi as a print service to convert your artwork into stationery.
7. You can only post Content that is either Yours, or for which you have written authorization from the Content owner. You represent and warrant that any Content you post is owned by You or that You have authorization from the Content owner to post it.
You may not post or upload Content that infringes on the copyright or trademarks of others. Please read our image upload terms in detail before ordering.
8. Please be aware that your artwork will be printed in single colour foil only and may not exceed maximum width of 5cm. Extra charges may be applicable for printing larger artworks, special colours or any such requests. Please go through the image upload checklist before using the service.

10. In light of the covid-19 situation, we are facing some delays in product delivery. Please make sure you place your orders well in advance. Kaagazi is not liable for any delays in delivery during the pandemic and we request your cooperation during these unprecedented times.
Image Upload Terms:
By placing your order through our small business customisation service, you agree to the terms mentioned below:
1. Kaagazi respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect people using our Service to do the same. It is our practice—in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion—to either disable or cancel orders of users who infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
2. Kaagazi allows Users to upload Content to our platform to create User Products to sell. However, We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to reject the production of User Products that contain Content that we have reason to believe may be infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
If You believe that the Content in question does not infringe on intellectual property rights of others, You should contact Kaagazi with proof clearly outlining Your rights to use the Content.
If You notice infringement of Your copyrights or other intellectual property rights via Kaagazi service, you can notify us as follows. Please note that Kaagazi cannot provide You with legal advice or representation, and We recommend that You speak with a licensed attorney in Your jurisdiction if You are seeking legal advice.
3. By uploading Your Content on the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) You either own the Content posted by You on or through the Service or that You otherwise have the legal right and authority to use Your Content; (ii) the posting and use of Your Content on or through the Service does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights; (iii) You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed through use of Your Content on the Service; and (iv) You have the legal right and capacity to enter into this Agreement.
If You are unsure about your rights regarding the usage of Your Content, You agree to perform all due diligence on Your part to ensure that Your Content is free for You to use on the Service.
4. Kaagazi prohibits the use of our Service to sell counterfeit goods. A User printing and selling counterfeit goods through our Service may be held liable for selling counterfeit products or copyright infringement.
5. Kaagazi grants You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for Your own individual use subject to the other terms of this Terms of Service. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.
6. Kaagazi allows You to upload and post Content to our Website. Anything that You put on the Products remains Your Content. You retain all rights and are only using Kaagazi as a print service to convert your artwork into stationery.

8. By using the Service, You grant Kaagazi a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and promoting the Kaagazi Service. Image or artwork credits will be mentioned where due.
9. When You use the Service, Kaagazi reserves the right to view, monitor, and record activity without notice or further permission from You, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, although we have no obligation to do so. Any information obtained by monitoring, reviewing, or recording is subject to review by law enforcement organizations in connection with the investigation or prosecution of possible criminal activity involving use of the Service.
10. As a condition of use of the Service, You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms of Service. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Service and you shall abide by all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations and any applicable regulatory codes. You agree to the following:
You may not resell, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the Service.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Product
You may not copy, adapt, alter, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Service without written authorization of Kaagazi
You may not permit other individuals to use the Service, including but not limited to shared use via a network connection, except under these Terms of Service.
You may not circumvent or disable any technological features or measures in the services that are designed for protection of intellectual property rights.
You may not use the Service in an attempt to, or in conjunction with, any device, program, or service designed to circumvent technological measures employed to control access to, or the rights in, a content file or other work protected by the copyright laws of any jurisdiction.
You shall not use your Account to engage in any illegal conduct.
You shall monitor your Account to restrict use by minors, and You will deny access to children under the age of 13. You accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Service by minors in connection with your Account and You are responsible for any use of your credit card or other payment instrument by minors.
You shall not use the Service to order and resell Products without customizing them with your artwork.
Any such forbidden use shall immediately terminate Your license to the Service.
Kaagazi may use its discretion to remove Your Content from our Service, at any time, with or without prior notice to you, if it violates any of our Terms of Service or policies or is reported to be infringing on intellectual property rights of others. Kaagazi is not obligated to monitor or police Your Content. In addition to intellectual property concerns, Content that contains any of the below is prohibited and may also lead to termination of Your account.
Child Exploitation: You may not post or upload Content that exploits or abuses children, including but not limited to images or depictions of child abuse or sexual abuse, or that presents children in a sexual manner.
Harassment, Bullying, Defamation and Threats: You may not post or upload Content that harasses, bullies, defames or threatens a specific individual.
Hateful Content: You may not post or upload Content that condones or promotes violence against people based on race, politics, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition or veteran status.
Illegal Activities: You may not post or upload Content that facilitates or promotes activities that go against the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or do business.
Intellectual Property: You may not post or upload Content that infringes on the copyright or trademarks of others.
Personal and Confidential Information: You may not post or upload any Content that contains personally identifiable information sensitive personal information, or confidential information, such as credit card numbers, confidential national ID numbers, or account passwords unless you have consent from the person to whom the information belongs or who is otherwise authorized to provide such consent.
Self-Harm: You may not post or upload Content that promotes self-harm.
Terrorist Organizations: You may not post or upload Content that implies or promotes support or funding of, or membership in, a terrorist organization.
