Capacity Building Workshops
Most people make design decisions every day without calling them that. These workshops start there. Participants look at their own work, name the decisions in it, and practise making them deliberately.

Design Audits & Advisory
Two parts, and you can stop after the first. The audit looks at a service, product, programme or curriculum and maps where design decisions are being made, by whom, and with what effect. Advisory turns the findings into a plan and stays with you while you carry it out.

Public Talks & Writing
